Return & Exchange Policy
Please take note of the following Terms & Conditions to facilitate a return or exchange.
- No Refunds.
- Exchange possible for unused products within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- On Sale/Discounted item(s) are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns are only accepted upon presentation of the sales receipt / invoice.
- Please keep all the original packaging (tags, box etc) to facilitate exchanges.
- If item for exchange is unavailable a credit note will be issued.
- Customers may have one time exchange for the purchased item(s) for a different size, colour of the same or different item (s), a store credit equal to value of the item(s), will be issued for returned items, if the requirements set out below are met, which then can be used by the customer to purchase another item.
- We require items to be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition accompanied by sales invoice within 14 days from date of purchase / delivery.
- We regret it but used items cannot be returned for exchange or credit unless due to manufacturer defect.
- We will accept returns for any item that is defective due to manufacturing defect. We will handle the return to the manufacturer for you, and happily provide a replacement, if manufacturer agrees to do so. The replacement could be the closest approximation if the original is no longer available or a store credit will be issued, which will be determined at our discretion.
- Any electronic products including watches that have been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the item was received / sold defective.
- All nutritional products and food products sales are final.
- All underwear sales are final.
- All “On sale” item sales are final.
- All swimwear item sales are final.
- In case of dispute, the decision of Escapade Sports will final.
For purchases made at Escapade physical stores:
Customers could exchange item(s) in person at any of the physical stores during the business hours, as long as above mentioned Terms & Conditions are met.
For purchases made at Escapade Online store:
Customers could exchange item(s) that was purchased from Escapade Online store, may choose one of the following options,
Bring the item(s) you're returning / exchanging to any of our physical store in their original packaging and in their original condition accompanied by sales invoice within 14 days from date of delivery to return/exchange.
Return by Post
Place in a large envelop or box up the item(s) you're returning/exchanging, and use the original invoice to explain in detail the reason for the return or exchange.
